.... a LOT in N. California and yesterday was no exception. Our school district will soon host a big fundraiser and this doll (Willa) will be in the silent auction - if I can bear to part with her! :) I haven't been into any Waldorf Crafts recently (probably because I have been quite torn about our school) and crafting Willa was a great experience for me. Lately I have been thinking a lot with my head but while creating her I really used my heart and the process helped me to think more about what are issues are with my son's school and what I/we can do to be proactive.
Needless to say, this was a great process for me and now I am making another!
Oh, gosh,
ReplyDeleteI just love that doll. My daughter went to Waldorf summer school years ago and I fell in love with the craft.
I am new to A Swap for All Seasons and have joined the next swap. I think I am becoming kind of addicted! I was searching through the list and just found the first person I swapped with! That was only a year ago...amazing. Now I have a whole craft room full of tons of stuff!!!
I am relatively new to blogging...here is my site. Come and visit sometime if you can!

I hate that we have the "jewelry" name in it. It really is about a lot more. My daughter surprised me with it one day and put it in and I guess it can't be changed...
